Do you want a reason? We have a lot of them at McD’s

Work when you have time

For us flexibility is not just a word, it’s a reality
Our team is a mix of great people - students, full-time workers, parents on maternity leave, and it works great. MsD’s offers different types of contracts, so I can plan shifts to suit me and the entire team. It’s simply a win-win for everyone.

People you really want to meet

I met my best friend at McD’s.
In addition to good work, I also met people here I wouldn’t have met elsewhere. There’s a great atmosphere in the team, we all get along, and if something needs to be resolved, we always come to an agreement. Work has brought us together, so we spend time outside of it together as well. It’s not only a job - it’s a group of people you can laugh and have fun with.

10/10 first job experience

I was a little worried because I was starting at seventeen.
First part-time job? I had no idea what to expect. A little more administration, a new environment, stress, if I can manage it while in school... But completely unnecessary. They explained everything to me, helped me, and planned the shifts so I could manage my studies. My colleagues were comfortable and really nice - thanks to them I’ve been here for three years. And today? I’m also teaching newbies. I can easily do the same for you.

A career at McD’s?
Why not?

People think that McD’s is only for part-time work. But that’s not entirely true.
Originally, I was just going to earn some cash for the summer. But it caught me. I started working hard and moved higher and faster than I expected. Every new position = a new challenge, new skills. Now I’m in charge of people, the team, customers... and of course chaos when it comes. But I love it. You can really grow at McD’s if you put your energy into it.

When you want to work, age doesn’t matter.

I work a few minutes from home and have my comfort.
At my age people are looking more for stability and comfort than career challenges. And that’s exactly what McD’s offers. At first, my family thought that only young people worked there. Sure, I’m probably pushing the age average higher, but I’ve never felt like an outsider. What counts here is your willingness to work, not your date of birth. I can schedule my shifts as I see fit and walk home in five minutes.
